| Su Comentario / Explicación | Te venden un servicio IA... luego que pagas no te lo dan, desaparecen.. triangulan entre tres empresas que se vuelcan la culpa entre ellos y nadie responde... Directamente Betterimage ahora bloqueo para evitar mas reclamos.. Ojo que tambien vende productos a través de Google Apps y también hay reclamos allí. No comprarle ningún producto, es una estafa. Tengo los comprobantes donde está el pago y el reconocimiento pero dice que le di tiempo a la plataforma para contestar pues ellos solo lo venden, no lo hacen.. Los otros correos con que triangula la estafa son: support@fitroom.app, gabriel@support.creem.io

Fraud Report – BetterImage AI, Creem, Fitroom.app

I want to report a scam involving BetterImage AI, Creem, and Fitroom.app. They charge for a subscription but fail to provide the service. Creem claims they only sell the product and are not responsible, while Fitroom.app refuses to issue refunds and hides behind corporate excuses. Many users have been affected. I demand the refund of my $120, and I am reporting this scam with evidence on multiple platforms, including scam warning websites. Avoid this fraudulent scheme!
I have proof of payment and email correspondence in which they acknowledge selling the product but claim they are not responsible for the service itself. Despite this, they refuse to issue a refund. This confirms that the scam involves multiple entities passing responsibility back and forth while keeping the money. I demand the refund of my $120 and will continue reporting this fraud across multiple platforms. Avoid this scam!
I have attached proof of payment, including the transaction details and confirmation email. This document shows the amount paid, the date, and the recipient, confirming that the service was purchased but never delivered. Please review the attached evidence as part of the fraud investigation.
