Contenido de la estafaCompany, which is registered in Spain offers investment monies. They draw up very professional looking documents, send ID of someone who is supposed to be the company owner. Negotiations are done by a charming lady called Nina Wagner, who is part of the scam. I met someone who called himself Victor in Alicante. He says he is the son of the owner. He tells you the funds come from profits from their construction businesses, and so they do not pay tax, they invest the profits.
He asks that part of the interest is paid in crypto, rather than going through the books to reduce tax even further. He asks for a new cryptowallet to set set up. He then send $50 to this wallet so the connection is made. He then wants you to show a minimum $50,000 on your wallet to verify that you are legitimate and that there will be no delay in sending the full crypto amount after you have received the funds. This is the scam - as soon as you post funds on your wallet, they will steal them.
Nina supplied various documents to show the company is legitimate, including a Proof of Funds Certificate from Banc Sabadell, which we then proved to be fake.
